## Description

Sharp, clean, and true to the rind — this is cold-pressed lemon at its most direct: bright, slightly bitter citrus peel with a natural, waxy edge that synthetic lemon notes rarely replicate. There's minimal sweetness; what comes through is the genuine zesty character of fresh lemon zest, crisp and clean from the first impression through to the dry-down.
