# About Scentral-Park

> Public catalog of fragrance oils from independent suppliers, annotated with IFRA Amendment 51 maximum-use percentages per application.

## What it's for

Anyone formulating scented products — candles, perfume, bath, skincare, home fragrance — has to answer two questions before any recipe: "which fragrance oil fits?" and "how much am I allowed to use in this application?". The second question is legally binding: the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) publishes a per-fragrance maximum concentration for each product category in every Amendment (currently 51). Those numbers live in a different PDF per supplier, in a different format, sometimes only on request. Scentral-Park aggregates them into one searchable catalog.

Every listed fragrance carries its olfactive family, top / heart / base notes, the packaging variants the supplier sells with live prices, and — where the supplier publishes one — a link to the IFRA certificate.

## What it isn't

- Not a shop: orders go to the supplier directly.
- Not legal advice: IFRA numbers reflect what the supplier had published at our last crawl.
- Not an ad platform: no paid placements, no affiliate deals.
